Facing Tomorrow
Original acrylic painting by Keith Hemsley
About the painting
Bathed in warm light, a seated figure turns away from the viewer against a lively background of greens, ochres and golden yellows. The relaxed pose and open composition create a feeling of calm and quiet optimism.
Bold, expressive brushwork and vibrant colour celebrate the natural beauty of the human form, while suggesting a moment of peaceful reflection.
