Suki
Original acrylic painting by Keith Hemsley
About the painting
Suki is an intimate, expressive contemporary portrait that combines dramatic chiaroscuro, bold colour contrasts, and a compelling sense of psychological depth.
The subject is depicted leaning forward, with one hand partially covering her face. Her dark hair falls loosely across her forehead, while her visible eye and slightly parted lips create an intriguing, contemplative expression.
